Your regret in Life

I am a person who believes in God and takes each day as it comes and try my best to make every moment count. I have no regrets, but only blessings to count as each day progresses. I believe in myself and higher spiritual forces that help me become the best version of myself.

I am truly blessed to have lovely parents, sibling and family a loving, supporting and caring husband.

Pick any one of the best achievements

I believe each day is a blessing of the almighty and being alive is the biggest gift and achievement I can think of.

However, when I cleared my UGC (NET) exam in Masters first year in 2000, I find that one such achievement that still motivates me.

Any comments on modern culture

I believe change is the law of nature and we must accept that willingly. However, Old is Gold as we must never forget our roots and where we belong to. Assimilation of modern culture with traditional values is what I suggest to the present generation. There is a great need to value our rich Heritage and Culture and ethically and morally respect our elders and older generation and accept their advice willingly.

hat brought you success?

Faith in the almighty, unconditional support from my loved ones and faith in my own ability. I believe that persistence, patience, positive attitude and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.

Are you willing to help upcoming professionals and how?

Yes Of course. I try and do it each day through my profession of being a psychologist.

Your message for Canadians of Asian Origin

Live in the moment and make every moment count. Seek blessings of the divine and your loved ones each day, respect your Cultural and Heritage and be proud of it and make it a point to transmit it to the coming generations.

Make use of technology wisely. You control technology, rather than technology controlling you.

Last of all I believe in the motto of my school “Never Give in”.
