MyHealthcare launches suite of speciality clinical products across its networkGurgaon: Digital care provider MyHealthcare launched Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to maintain a database of patients and assist doctors working in the field of cardiology, paediatrics, endocrinology, obstetrics & gynaecology and ENT to ensure better medical outcomes in addition to improving the delivery of care across its healthcare network.

Developed in collaboration with leading healthcare specialists from MyHealthcare’s partner network, EMR uses technology solutions to provide clinical care to patients. They have partnered with global technology providers including Amazon, Microsoft, and others to integrate digital clinical solutions across an expansive healthcare data lake which the company utilizes to create a patient longitudinal clinical map.
The EMR platform has been integrated across leading diagnostics provider networks working with MyHealthcare such as Healthians, Dr Lal Path Labs and Metropolis in addition to homecare providers.

According to this Gurugram based healthcare startup, EMRs have been designed to work as an assistive tool for clinicians with a library of care protocols, clinical decision support system, a formulary database of over 19,000 drugs and an AI-based voice-to-text engine for recording all clinical notes and diagnosis information. Based on the information collected through the above mentioned features, the EMR platform maps a complete picture of a patient’s relevant medical history and diagnostics reports with trend analysis, clinical markers and alerts to assist doctors in collecting patient information for treatment, improving the effectiveness of care delivery and improve a clinician’s efficiency by over 70 percent.

Elucidating on the motive behind introducing the EMR technology, Shyatto Raha, Founder and CEO, MyHealthcare said, “Our focus is to bring the latest digital technology advancements into the ecosystem to ensure that we are able to provide functional and user-friendly solutions to our patients, doctors and healthcare partners. We have invested in building a platform that is designed by clinicians, for clinicians. Each one of our speciality EMRs has been developed under the guidance of the best specialists across our partner network of hospitals and clinics. We are working to bring technology solutions that are most relevant, based on the best global standards of care, to deliver better patient care outcomes.”

On expanding the EMR technology for other specific health fields, Raha added “Over the next few months, we will be adding to the clinical ecosystem speciality EMRs for IVF, oncology, neurology and more. We are working to expand our provider network, with more hospitals, speciality clinics, diagnostics and pharmacy providers. Committed to using the power of digital technology and AI to democratise healthcare in India,”

MyHealthcare also launched suite of healthcare services over WhatsApp, remote patient care monitoring for diabetes and cardiac management through partnerships with speciality hospitals, diagnostics providers and device companies such as Omron, Kardia mobile, Abbott’s Freestyle Libre and Accu-Chek to make quality healthcare more accessible in underserved areas.
