‘I saw a woman laying on the bed under the sheets’

Katchouk is telling the court about his night.

He got a slice of pizza and then came back to the hotel with Foote. Katchouk says he didn’t get any texts that night because even though the texts were coming in, his phone was broken, so he didn’t receive them.

Katchouk was interviewed by an investigator on July 11, 2018. While testifying, he’s sometimes referring to the transcript of that interview to refresh his memory.

He says he was on the way to his room when he was stopped by “Mikey.” (McLeod’s nickname).

“Mikey asked me to go inside of his room and I obliged. I saw a woman laying on the bed under the sheets as I was talking to Mikey.”

Katchouk says he doesn’t really know why he was invited into the room.

“I was just having a normal conversation with Mikey. There was nothing going through my head.”

Then, “Mikey asked me if I wanted a gummer.”

“What is a gummer?” Cunningham asks.

“It is a blow job,” Katchouk replies.
